Helper
The
Humane Society of St. Lucie County provides medical care to
thousands of pet each year. We also provide a low-cost clinic
to those who need assistance with vet care. Our in-house veterinarian
is requesting volunteer medical assistants for individuals
who are interested in the field. These individuals will be
pre-approved by the vet and will be required to have a background
check.
Volunteers
at the shelter must be 15 years of age or older. Volunteers
at PETCO must be 18 years of age or older. We are a drug-free
workplace.
